Although some progress was made, including the removal of graffiti, ongoing issues persisted, leading to further citations.

By May 2025, the situation had escalated, with Weitzman appealing a second administrative citation issued for continued violations. The appeal process was initiated, and a hearing was scheduled. During the meeting, Officer O'Brien reported that recent inspections still revealed graffiti, trash, and debris on the property, indicating that compliance had not been fully achieved.

The board's discussions highlighted the challenges of enforcing property maintenance codes and the importance of community standards in maintaining neighborhood safety and aesthetics. The outcome of the appeal and any further actions by the board remain to be determined, as the city continues to seek resolution to the ongoing violations at Weitzman's property.
