The Indianapolis Board of Parks and Recreation has taken a significant step towards enhancing local green spaces by approving the Doris Cowhert Park Improvements project. During their meeting on July 22, 2025, the board authorized the director to award the contract to Morphy Construction for a total of $800,520. This decision comes after Morphy Construction was identified as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the project.
