The survey, which had a response rate of 11% from a randomly selected group of 3,000 households, revealed several key findings. Notably, approximately 75% of respondents felt that the city treats residents with respect, and 71% believed that all residents are treated fairly. These figures indicate a positive trend in government performance, with significant improvements noted since the last survey in 2018.

Safety emerged as another strong point, with 85% of residents feeling secure in their neighborhoods during the day. However, concerns about safety from violent and property crimes were highlighted, suggesting areas for further improvement. The survey also indicated that while residents are generally satisfied with local businesses and services, affordability remains a pressing issue, particularly regarding healthcare and housing.

Utility infrastructure received high marks, with 86% of residents rating drinking water services positively, reflecting the city's commitment to maintaining essential services. Additionally, mobility was identified as a community strength, with three-quarters of respondents rating travel by car positively, and public transportation services exceeding national benchmarks.

The city plans to utilize these survey results to inform budgeting and strategic planning, ensuring that community needs are prioritized. An interactive dashboard featuring the survey data has been made available on the city’s website, allowing residents to explore the findings in detail.
