The RSU 60/MSAD 60 School Board meeting on May 1, 2025, focused on key personnel changes, including the nomination of two interns for teaching positions and the acceptance of several resignations.
During the meeting, the board nominated Ashley Baker for a math teaching position. Baker is set to graduate with her master’s degree from the University of New Hampshire in May and has been actively involved at Noble High School, even taking over classes during a teacher's absence. The board unanimously approved her nomination.
Blake Baldock was also nominated for a writing position for the upcoming school year. Like Baker, Baldock is completing his master’s degree at UNH and has been working with the English team at Noble High School. His nomination was similarly approved by the board.
In addition to the nominations, the board addressed several resignations. Kristin Lazier, a math teacher at Noble High School, William Hahn, a special education teacher at MHA, and Alston Armstrong, an art teacher at North Berwick Elementary, all submitted their resignations. The board moved to accept each resignation, with motions and approvals for each individual.
The meeting underscored the ongoing changes within the district's teaching staff, highlighting the transition as the school year progresses.
