Additionally, the project has received necessary permits from the Army Corps of Engineers and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation for minor wetland impacts, which are less than 2,000 square feet. The engineer confirmed that these permits validate the project's compliance with environmental regulations.

The meeting concluded with a focus on moving forward with the State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) process, which will address the required area variances for the project. The board is expected to continue discussions on these topics in future meetings.
