City staff proposes fee increases for parking and utility services in FY 2026

Metered parking fines and utility rate increases took center stage at the St. Augustine Special City Commission meeting on July 14, 2025, as city staff proposed several adjustments aimed at addressing budgetary needs for the upcoming fiscal year.

City officials are recommending a change to the current metered parking fines, which stand at $35 for violations.
