Planning staff recommends eight variances for Pickleball Kingdom development

The applicant initially suggested 91 parking spaces dedicated to EV charging, which staff deemed excessive. While acknowledging the intent to provide ample amenities, staff recommended a reduction in the number of EV stations to ensure sufficient regular parking spaces are available.
