Pickleball Kingdom proposes indoor facility with restaurant in northern site plan

The commission noted that while the project meets general density and dimensional requirements, the landscaping plan needs adjustments to include additional trees outside of a 30-foot gas easement in front of the site. The developers were advised to address these issues before moving forward.
