Milford annexation committee recommends property approval with six key conditions

The Annexation Committee of Milford, Delaware, has officially recommended the approval of a significant annexation application, marking a pivotal step in the city's growth. During the meeting on July 14, 2025, committee members unanimously agreed that the proposed annexation aligns with the city's comprehensive land use plan and is contiguous to existing city limits.
