Willard City Council approves replat of Hoffman Hills for single family homes

The City of Willard Board of Aldermen convened on June 9, 2025, to discuss several key agenda items, including a significant replatting project and various ordinances related to infrastructure and economic development.

Additionally, the board recognized an agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission for funding a pedestrian underpass project at US 160 and Route 80. This ordinance was also approved, allowing the city to negotiate with engineering firms for the project's design.

Lastly, the board discussed reestablishing an economic development task force, which had not met since 2023. The proposed ordinance would authorize the mayor to appoint a nine-member advisory board to revitalize the task force's efforts.
