Sonia Grice presents CASDI's community services impact at Miami Dade Commission meeting

Miami-Dade County's Community Action and Human Services Department (CASDI) is set to enhance its support for residents through innovative programs and streamlined services, as highlighted in a recent meeting of the Government Efficiency & Transparency Ad Hoc Committee. A new referral process has reduced client intake time by 50%, enhancing privacy and efficiency for those seeking assistance.
