Fort Pierce court mandates 60 days for permit compliance on property violations

Another case addressed a property at 1904 San Marcos Avenue, owned by Edgar Allen Balbuena. Similar to the previous case, Balbuena was found to have enclosed a garage without a permit. He was also given 60 days to rectify the situation, with the same potential penalties for non-compliance.

The hearing also included a case concerning SAJ Sunrise LLC at 5701 Orange Avenue, where the property was deemed unsafe due to storm damage and electrical hazards. The magistrate recommended that occupants vacate the premises until repairs were made, highlighting the urgency of addressing safety concerns.
