Eagle Scout Niko Napoles secures approval for bench replacement at Williams Park

During his presentation, he detailed the logistics of the project, including sourcing lumber from the town's Parks Lumberyard and acquiring decking screws from Lowe's. He plans to gather a team of volunteers for both the construction and installation phases, ensuring community involvement in the project.

Council members expressed their support for the initiative, with one member noting the discomfort of the current benches and highlighting the need for new seating options in the park. The council unanimously approved the project, allowing Nikos to proceed with his plans.
