Rochelle Johnson requests BYOB permit responsibility shift for Tater County Expo Center events

During the recent Abilene City Council meeting, Rochelle Johnson, representing the Expo Center of Taylor County, raised important concerns regarding event management and safety regulations that directly impact community gatherings. Johnson highlighted the diverse range of events hosted at the Expo Center, including quinceaneras, wedding receptions, and equestrian competitions, which draw significant crowds and require careful planning to ensure safety.
