Parks Director Michael Jones celebrates Margate's successful July 4 parade and winners

During the recent Margate City Commission meeting on July 10, 2025, the community celebrated the success of the Fourth of July festivities, highlighted by a presentation from Michael Jones, the Director of Parks and Recreation. The nonprofit category award went to Fellowship RCO, which has been actively involved in the parade for nearly a decade. Their representative expressed appreciation for the city's support and the unique hometown atmosphere that Margate provides during the celebrations.
