Council meeting adjourned due to lack of quorum

The Venice Historic and Architectural Preservation Board convened on July 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM, but the meeting was quickly adjourned due to the absence of a legal quorum.

Chair Beebe initiated the meeting and called for a roll call. Present were Miss Trammell, Miss Derryberry, Mister Watkins, and Mister Barrick. However, it was confirmed that the board did not meet the required number of members to proceed with official discussions or decisions.

As a result, Chair Beebe announced the adjournment of the meeting, with all members in agreement. No agenda items were addressed due to the lack of quorum, and the board will need to reconvene at a later date to discuss pending matters related to historic and architectural preservation in Venice.
