Conroe Animal Shelter updates integration efforts and introduces new manager Russell Laswell

During the meeting, the shelter's operations manager, Russell Laswell, provided a comprehensive overview of recent changes and future goals. A key highlight from the meeting was the shelter's impressive live release rate of 91.4%, significantly higher than the industry standard, showcasing the effectiveness of the current management and operational strategies.
