Columbia residents oppose proposed annexation near Double Branch Road due to environmental concerns

The City of Columbia, TN Council Meeting on July 9, 2025, focused on a contentious proposal for the annexation and development of land near Double Branch Road. Columbia Wastewater expressed concerns regarding the need for a bore under the creek to provide sanitary sewer access for the proposed development.
