Columbia Planning Commission reviews telecommunications tower proposal at Christ Our Savior Church

The second major topic was the preliminary plat and site development plan for the Trotwood Foster subdivision on Trotwood Avenue. The proposed development includes 119 residential lots and adheres to the city’s zoning standards. Concerns were raised regarding water availability for fire flow, but the fire department indicated that the new tanker truck would provide sufficient water supply for the subdivision. The plan also includes provisions for tree preservation and community amenities, meeting the necessary requirements for civic space.
