Local shelter introduces Teddy the chihuahua for adoption at monthly meeting

The shelter representative encouraged community members to consider adopting Teddy, who is available for a fee of $25, which includes all necessary medical procedures. The representative also promoted fostering as a way to help clear shelter space and allow pets to thrive outside of the shelter environment.
