Council approves zoning change for development at High Ridge Acres

He reported that 13 letters were sent to nearby property owners, with no responses received, and the Planning and Zoning Commission had recommended approval of the request with a unanimous vote of 7 to 0.

After closing the public hearing, the council moved to approve the zoning change and replat as presented, which again passed with a 4 to 0 vote.

Following this, the council addressed several additional items on the agenda, which were similar in nature. The council opted to discuss these items collectively, allowing for a streamlined approval process unless any member requested to address a specific item individually.
