During the meeting, MDOT officials celebrated the culmination of a six-month program that allowed 42 EITs to explore various departments within the agency. "The value is so that they will understand as they progress in their careers what all MDOT does," said a program coordinator, emphasizing the importance of building connections across different divisions.

Participants from multiple districts and divisions were recognized for their commitment, with names called out to applause from the audience.
