Community leader warns council on potential hazards of proposed roadway variance

In response to inquiries about zoning regulations, it was clarified that religious organizations are permitted by right in most zoning categories within the town, except for campus industrial and campus commercial districts. This means that the proposed development is compliant with existing zoning laws.
