Birmingham resident addresses property neglect issues at city council meeting

Bolden highlighted concerns about overgrown lots, trespassing, and rodent infestations that have plagued her neighborhood for years. She expressed her dissatisfaction with the lack of action taken to address these problems, emphasizing that she should not have to endure such living conditions.
