Jennifer Francis, a resident living approximately three-quarters of a mile from SRO on Lake George, reported that a recent event featuring multiple bands created significant noise that vibrated her home.

Francis described her experience, stating that the sound was so intense it felt as if she were inside the venue itself. Despite her attempts to address the issue with the sheriff's department, she was informed that the event organizers had a permit, which limited the authorities' ability to intervene. This prompted her to bring the matter before the city council, seeking clarity on the permitting process for such events.

During the meeting, Mayor Wolf Rolfe acknowledged the concerns raised by Francis and indicated that there had been discussions regarding the need for permits for events at the venue.
