Morris Township officials outline community center plans and celebrate local achievements

Morris Township officials are making strides in community engagement and infrastructure improvements, as highlighted in the recent committee meeting held on May 21, 2025. A key focus was the ongoing development of the community center project, with plans for a public information session to gather resident feedback on design proposals. The township has allocated approximately $700,000 towards the project, but officials noted that the total renovation costs could reach up to $8 million, prompting discussions on securing additional funding, including potential federal grants.
