The project, which initially included three residential towers, has now been revised to feature two towers, with the height of the structures reduced from 380 feet to 300 feet. The new plan includes a southern tower dedicated entirely to residential units and a northern tower that will incorporate both hotel units and additional residential space. Notably, the floor plates of the remaining towers have been expanded from 10,000 square feet to 25,000 square feet, allowing for more spacious living and hotel accommodations.

In an effort to manage density, the developers have committed to limiting the project to a maximum of 200 residential units and 140 hotel keys. The project will also ensure a minimum of 90,000 to 125,000 square feet of hotel floor area, with residential space capped at 625,000 to 660,000 square feet. Importantly, the proposal includes a provision that prohibits gambling on the site, addressing community concerns about potential negative impacts.

Additionally, the developers have agreed to a guarantee that no future projects on the property will be developed under the Live Local Act, which aims to promote affordable housing.
