Supervisor Engelberger announced two significant events taking place in Stoughton over the Fourth of July holiday. The 99th annual Stoughton Fair will run from July 2 to July 6, alongside the Catfish River Music Festival, which is scheduled for July 3 to July 6. Both events promise to offer family-friendly entertainment, encouraging community participation.

In Sun Prairie, Supervisor Acre shared the unveiling of a new outdoor gallery featuring unique murals, part of the Streets of Sun Prairie initiative. This project celebrates the city's artistic heritage and invites residents to explore the downtown area. Additionally, Acre announced the Sun Prairie Pride Fest, taking place the following day, which will include a concert featuring Grammy-nominated artists Mary Lambert and Jennifer Knapp.

Supervisor Posler brought attention to the upcoming Dane Firefighters Festival, set for June 27-29 in the village of Dane. This festival will feature food, entertainment, and a parade, all aimed at supporting local first responders.

Lastly, Supervisor Andrei informed attendees about a joint meeting of the Health and Humanities Committee and the Public Protection Judiciary Committee scheduled for June 30. This meeting will focus on mobile crisis response in Dane County, providing updates on the crisis system's various components.
