Connor Goggins, a senior real estate project manager and co-chair of the PRISM LGBTQIA+ network resource group, followed Theriault. He spoke about the importance of community and connection within the workplace, sharing how PRISM has fostered a supportive environment for LGBTQ+ employees. Goggins recounted a personal moment of connection upon seeing the intersex pride flag at the airport, which reminded him of the inclusive culture being cultivated in Milwaukee County.

The meeting proceeded with the recognition of various individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to the LGBTQ+ community. Honorees included Vijay Grilling and Rick Clark for their community engagement, Andy Nunemaker for his leadership in various organizations, and Broderick Pearson for his activism and health advocacy. The board also recognized the Wisconsin LGBTQ History Project for its efforts in preserving LGBTQ+ heritage.

The meeting concluded with a call for continued support and investment in LGBTQ+ initiatives, reinforcing the message that visibility and inclusion are essential for the well-being of all community members.
