Laredo Independent School District (LISD) is set to enhance financial literacy among its senior students through a new partnership with the Webb County Treasurer's Department. This initiative, announced during a special meeting on June 26, 2025, aims to provide essential financial education workshops at Sigueroa High School, Martin High School, Nixon High School, and Garcia Early College High School.
