In addition, the Water Enterprise Fund is projected to have revenues and expenditures of $29 million, with significant investments planned for automated meter reading and other infrastructure improvements. The council emphasized the need for careful financial planning to ensure the sustainability of town services and projects.

Next steps include holding a public hearing on the final budget for 2025-2026, allowing community members to provide input on the proposed financial plan.
