However, not all feedback was positive. Robin Allen, a long-time resident, raised alarm over drainage issues affecting her property. She reported having already spent over $3,500 on damage caused by runoff from a nearby lot, expressing concern about the transition from vegetation to concrete and the potential for increased trash and drainage problems. "There is going to be a lot of drainage coming down through there," she warned, highlighting the need for careful consideration of environmental impacts in future developments.
