Hidalgo County's Commissioner’s Court celebrated a historic achievement for the PSJA Bears baseball team during their meeting on June 24, 2025. The court officially recognized the team for their remarkable journey to the regional finals of the UIL 6A Division 2 baseball tournament, marking the first time in the program's history that they reached this stage.
