The fourth request, CIZ25TRN3161, involved traffic signal construction on Levin Avenue, with bids from Ear Telecommunications LLC (EARTC) at $470,740.00 and Roadway Solutions Incorporated at $488,700.00.

The fifth request, CIZ25TRN3168, focused on traffic signal construction at multiple intersections. The bids were submitted by Albatross Construction LLC at $1,099,826.25, EARTC at $946,900.00, Roadway Solutions Incorporated at $1,094,877.00, Texas Standard Construction LTD at $824,788.36, and Urban Glow Contracting at $738,174.35.

The sixth request, CIZ25TRN3169, involved additional traffic signal construction at Illinois Avenue and Duncanville Road. Bids included EARTC at $1,187,027.00, Roadway Solutions Incorporated at $1,278,700.00, Tejas Utilities LLC at $1,103,412.14, Texas Standard Construction LTD at $935,939.81, and Urban Glow Contracting at $902,902.59.

The seventh request, CIZ25TRN3170, continued with traffic signal construction at Matilda Road and Jim Miller Road. The bids were submitted by EARTC at $689,971.00, Roadway Solutions Incorporated at $999,750.00, and Urban Glow Contracting at $615,110.99.

Finally, the eighth request, CIZ25TRN3171, involved traffic signal construction at McCree Road and Plano Road. The bids included Albatross Construction LLC at $1,183,856.00, EARTC at $809,580.00, Roadway Solutions Incorporated at $992,771.00, and Urban Glow Contracting at $719,265.08.

The meeting concluded with an invitation for the public to view the bid opening online at the Dallas City Hall website. The results of these bids will play a crucial role in the city's ongoing efforts to improve infrastructure and public services.
