Omaha City Council approves multiple liquor licenses including Urban Air and Lucy's 5110

Omaha City Council approved multiple liquor license applications during its meeting on June 17, 2025, signaling a continued expansion of local businesses in the area.

The council unanimously passed a Class C liquor license for Billy O's Lounge, located at 14242 Fourth Street, after a brief public hearing where no opposition was noted. Nicole Hynes, representing the applicant, was present via Zoom to address any questions.

Following this, the council considered a Class C liquor license for Chateau VIN at 220 South 31st Avenue, Suite 3108. Again, the motion passed with no opposition, with Nikki Connor representing the applicant.

The meeting continued with the approval of several other liquor licenses, including a Class I license for Lucy's 5110 at 5060 South 108th Street and Good Evans at 2643 South 144th Street. Both applications received unanimous support from the council.

Urban Air Adventure Park, located at 15364 Weir Street, also received approval for a Class I liquor license, further enhancing recreational options in the city.

Additionally, La Trogga Zona was granted an application to add an outdoor area to its existing Class C liquor license at 1620-1622 Harney Street, reflecting a trend towards outdoor dining and social spaces.

All motions passed with a 7-0 vote, demonstrating strong council support for these local business initiatives. The approvals are expected to foster economic growth and enhance community engagement in Omaha.
