Chad Repco, a local resident, shared a harrowing experience during his morning walk with his dog on North Head Street. He recounted an encounter with an unattended pit bull that attacked his dog, resulting in multiple puncture wounds and a traumatic struggle. Repco emphasized the importance of safety in the community, particularly on heavily trafficked pedestrian streets like Head Street, and urged the council to address the issue of aggressive dogs to protect residents and their pets.
