The main entry to the community will be off Selvitz Road, designed with lush vegetation and a wide right-of-way to accommodate future growth. The development aims to promote walkability and green spaces, enhancing the neighborhood's appeal.

The board reviewed the landscaping plans, which include a 25-foot enhanced vegetated buffer around the residential lots, ensuring privacy and aesthetic appeal. The design incorporates various architectural elements to avoid a monotonous appearance and includes provisions for street lighting and solid waste services to ensure safety and functionality.

The meeting concluded with a clear outline of the next steps in the development process, including future phases that will introduce high-density multifamily and light industrial designs. The board's discussions underscored the importance of community engagement and adherence to the approved design criteria as the project moves forward.
