This amendment seeks to change the designation of the area from medium-density residential to low-density residential.

Ryan Burgess, representing E and B Capital Investments and the owner Fort Worth Club LP, presented the proposal. He explained that the rezoning would allow for a maximum of ten residential lots, each averaging about half an acre. Burgess noted that the concept plan is still preliminary, and the team is currently working through the necessary engineering with city staff. He highlighted that the Maverick project is already under construction just west of the city line in Fort Worth, indicating a collaborative effort between PMV and Discovery Land Company.
