Developer partners with son to build upscale homes across from family residence

The discussion included a request for a waiver concerning the installation of granite monuments at the property corners. The manager explained that existing pins were already in place, which he argued are more stable than granite monuments due to their installation depth.

The manager also shared personal insights, noting that he plans to collaborate with his son on building upscale homes on the three lots, located directly across from their residence. He expressed a desire to enhance the neighborhood's aesthetic while simultaneously teaching his son about construction.
