Ethan Harris updates on Engaged Neighborhood housing and community park projects

The Springfield City Council held a work session on June 3, 2025, focusing on the progress of the Workforce Housing Project, which aims to address the community's growing housing needs. Executive Director Ethan Harris and Development Project Manager Cara Van Zant provided updates on various initiatives under the Engaged Neighborhood project.

The project, which is adjacent to a bike path connecting Yellow Springs to Springfield, has already raised half of its $1 million goal, with plans for further grant applications and community support initiatives.
