Wilmington Public Works outlines six-year financial plan for water utility resilience

The Wilmington City Council held a meeting on May 1, 2025, to discuss the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget Hearings, focusing on the Public Works and Water Sewer Fund (WSF) and the WSF 6-Year Plan.
