In a heartfelt Memorial Day gathering, St. Augustine Beach Mayor Dylan Rumrell honored local veterans during the "Mondays with the Mayor" event. The meeting, held on May 26, 2025, served as a tribute to those who have served and sacrificed for the country.

Mayor Rumrell introduced three distinguished veterans from the community: Brian Law, a Navy veteran with six years of service in the submarine force; TG Harold, who served five years in the Air Force and four years in the Army National Guard; and Gil Timmons, a Coast Guard veteran with six years of service. Each veteran shared a brief introduction, highlighting their military backgrounds and current roles within the city.
