Builder outlines new townhouse and single-family home plans near Noelle Creek

During the recent Mentor City Council meeting, a significant discussion centered around the upcoming residential development plans, highlighting the anticipated square footage and pricing of new homes. City officials revealed that the project will feature a mix of 43 ranch-style homes and 65 colonial-style homes, with sizes ranging from 1,421 to 2,718 square feet. Additionally, there will be 69 first-floor owner's suite townhouses and 56 colonial townhouses, bringing the total to 112 ranch homes and 121 colonial homes.

The pricing structure was also a focal point, with townhouses expected to average just over $400,000, while single-family homes are projected to be priced just shy of $500,000. This pricing strategy aims to cater to a diverse range of potential homeowners in the area.
