Fort Collins City Council schedules proclamations for Scam Survivor Day and Public Service Week

During the Fort Collins City Council meeting on May 7, 2025, several proclamations were previewed, highlighting community engagement and recognition. Furthermore, the week will also celebrate National Travel and Tourism Week, with a proclamation to be read at the Downtown Visit Welcome Center on May 14. The meeting proceeded with a review of the agenda, which included 15 items on the consent calendar for council approval. While there were no discussion items planned for the evening, the city manager noted a request for an executive session to discuss telecommunication facilities and services, although a previously anticipated session regarding Comcast's franchise was no longer necessary due to resolved issues.

Public participation was encouraged, with multiple avenues for residents to engage, including in-person attendance, online participation via Zoom, or by phone.
