Governor's trailer bill enhances Cal Kids accounts outreach for local education agencies

The California Assembly Budget Subcommittee No. 3 on Education Finance made headlines during its recent meeting by spotlighting the Cal Kids accounts, a state initiative aimed at boosting college savings for children.
