The OMB's grants coordination team has also been instrumental in securing substantial funding, including $27.6 million for the Ryan White program, which supports individuals with HIV. Since January 2020, the county has received over $6 billion in federal funds and an additional $712 million from state sources.

The bond acquisition team has played a crucial role in managing the county's debt portfolio, which exceeds $18 billion. Their efforts have saved the county approximately $695 million since 2020 through strategic refinancing and effective financial planning. The county's bond ratings have improved, with agencies like Moody's and Standard & Poor's awarding high ratings, which translates to lower borrowing costs.
