Participants are encouraged to submit high-resolution photos that reflect this theme, ensuring that each image features a water body within the county. Submissions must include the photographer's name, contact information, a brief description of the photo, and its location. Entries can be submitted electronically through the county's website or as printed photos delivered to a specified address. The deadline for submissions is May 31, 2025, by 5 PM.

In addition to the photo contest, the meeting also promoted the "Stamp Out Hunger" food drive, scheduled for this Saturday. This initiative, part of a nationwide effort since 1993, encourages residents to support local families in need by placing non-perishable food donations at their mailboxes for collection. The food drive benefits Interfaith Emergency Services, which works to provide food assistance to families in the community.
