Board members praised the positive impact of the CTE program, noting improvements in students' soft skills, such as eye contact and resume writing, which were highlighted during a recent career fair. Vice Chair Spall expressed pride in the aviation career exploration initiative, which aims to connect students with local aviation businesses.
As the meeting concluded, the board reaffirmed its commitment to tracking student outcomes post-graduation, planning to implement surveys to gather data on where students are employed and how well they are prepared for the workforce.
