The operating budget for Prince George's County public schools is set at $1.7 billion, translating to approximately $14,600 per capita. Other key allocations include $52.8 million for the county's community college, $8.8 million for libraries, and $20.6 million for public safety initiatives.

Infrastructure improvements are also on the agenda, with $20 million earmarked for enhancements at Doctor's Hospital and $10 million for a new engineering building at the University of Maryland, College Park. Additional funding will support various community projects, including a new library at Bowie State University and economic revitalization efforts at Rose Croft Raceway.
