In a recent meeting of the Toledo Housing & Community Development Committee, significant strides were discussed regarding the Toledo Neighborhood Capacity Building Initiative (TNCBI). The TNCBI has successfully enrolled 13 organizations, selected through a thorough admissions process that included community input and outreach.
